Returns & Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or change of mind.

Please review all product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at [support@lyfestyle.com](mailto:support@lyfestyle.com) with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or store credit at our discretion.

Claims submitted more than 14 days after delivery may not be eligible for review.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee modifications, cancellations, or address changes. Please ensure all information entered at checkout is accurate before completing your purchase.

Shipping

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on product availability and release volume.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Lyfëstyle is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Lyfëstyle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier when applicable.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, fees, or charges imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
